Still Life Wine, Sauvignon 2022

Ashleigh Barrowman is the head winemaker at her own Still Life Wine label and is starting to make a real cult name for herself on the global natural wine scene. Learning from some of our favourite producers such as Patrick Sullivan and Vino di Anna, she is waving the flag for superb biodynamic wines grown & made in her native New Zealand. Sauvignon 2022 is made from 100% biodynamically farmed Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Super bright and aromatic, it bursts with notes of lime peel, lemon, gooseberry and freshly cut grass. The herby-zestiness continues onto the palate which is carried by a vibrant acidity and crisp finish. Ticks just about every box for a NZ Sauvignon Blanc and makes for a great pair with oysters.
